NBCC took part in the International Conference “Career Education for South-Eastern Europe” which took place in Sofia

The international career guidance conference gathered career guidance experts and stakeholders from South-East European countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Greece, Cyprus, Kosovo under UN Resolution 1244, Montenegro, Serbia, Romania and Turkey) and other European Union countries.
Among the key speakers of the conference were: Prof. Tony Watts (Cambridge/UK), Dr Raimo Vuorinen (ELGPN-European Lifelong Guidance Policy Network) and Mr. Helmut Zelloth (European Training Foundation). Dr Andreea Szylagyi, Director of EBCC and representatives of GCDF communities in Macedonia and Turkey attended the event. Gergana Rakovska, Director of NBCC Bulgaria facilitated the discussion during the forum.
The Conference was an initiative of the Human Resource Development Centre - HRDC (Bulgaria), in co-operation with the European Training Foundation and the European Lifelong Guidance Policy network (ELGPN).
